After two long days in the car the boys couldn’t wait to get into the pool. Minutes after we arrived, they had their suits on and were in the water.
Sunday the weather was awesome, sunny and hot. We enjoyed more pool time, games, and good food.

Cade swam the 200 medley relay (breast stroke), 100IM, 50 breast and 200 free relay. He won his heat in the 100IM and placed 6th overall in the 50 breast, earning a spot on the podium!
Peter Yarrow, of Peter, Paul, and Mary, came to Goshen College for a concert Friday night. A group of kids from Chandler had the privilege of singing with him, including Wyatt and Lincoln.
Here is a really late picture of Wyatt swimming at Divisionals in the 50 freestyle. He’s in the far lane with the blue swim cap. He won his heat!
Cade getting his game face on before the 100 freestyle. He swam a great race and finished second!
Here he’s swimming the breast stroke in the medley relay.
Wyatt and Lincoln have been eyeing dwarf rabbits ever since an unnamed parent pointed them out at the pet store. Since they sell very quickly when the pet store receives them, the unnamed parent told the pet store to call when more rabbits arrived. We received the call Friday morning and by 10:00 Saturday morning not one, but two cute dwarf rabbits joined our family. Aren’t they just adorable?!
A special thanks goes out to grandpa and grandma as Wyatt and Lincoln used their Christmas money to make the purchase. By the way, their names are Midnight and Fluffy. I’ll let you decide which is which
We were told that they are both girls, but the pet store wasn’t 100% sure. I guess we’ll find out in a couple of months.
