Updates
We do something special each day for Advent. This year the boys helped come up with the ideas. One idea they had was to go to the Dollar Tree (everything’s a buck!) and buy, not one, but two, presents for each other. Did I mention they used their own money?! They had a great time picking out treasures they thought their brothers would like. They did a nice job. They couldn’t wait to open them…

Spell Bowl
Tonight Wyatt competed on the Chandler team in the spell bowl. For each of the eight rounds, the kids sit at a table with a proctor. They were given a word to spell and had twenty seconds to get it down on paper. Wyatt spelled five out of his seven correctly! He missed solemnness and Kilimanjaro. Words I can’t spell without spell check! Great work Wyatt!!

Swimming
Cade swam in his first swim meet this past Saturday. He swam he 25 free, 50 back, 100 free and the 25 free leg in the 100 IM relay. He placed 6th in the 25 free!
Another life lesson
Lincoln’s hamster, Marshmallow, died last week. Wyatt and Lincoln looked at it and think it had a tumor. Lincoln and I buried Marshmallow, in a car box, right next to where we buried the other hamsters.
